Delivery times
Our delivery process is divided into two main periods:

Processing time (24-48 hours):
- Order confirmation, adjustment, quality control, and packaging.

Delivery time (approximately 6-10 working days):
- The time it takes for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.

Estimated delivery times for major destinations:
- US / Canada / Australia: 6-10 working days.

Delivery times during the holidays/peak season for major destinations:
- US / Canada / Australia: 10-15 business days.
Please note: Delivery times do not include possible delays due to customs formalities and import duties. Additionally, delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

We offer the following shipping option:
- Standard shipping (with tracking): Free
- Insured delivery: Included with all orders for extra security.
Shipping insurance policy
We make every effort to ensure that your shipments are handled with care and arrive safely at their destination. For added security, we offer optional shipping insurance. This document describes our policy regarding the non-refundable nature of the shipping insurance.
Policy details
- Insurance coverage: The shipping insurance covers loss, theft, or damage to your package during transport, up to the value you specified at the time of purchase.
- Non-refundable clause: Once purchased, shipping insurance is non-refundable, regardless of whether the shipment is actually used or what the outcome of the shipment is.
- Claim procedure: In the event of a claim, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods. In the event of loss, you must contact customer service within 14 days. Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of value and any photos.
- Exceptions: The transport insurance does not cover delays, consequential damage, or pre-existing damage that did not occur during transport.

Acceptance
By purchasing shipping insurance, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions as set out in this policy, including the fact that the insurance is non-refundable.
Changes and cancellations of orders
Please note that an order cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. Packing and processing of your order begins immediately upon receipt.
